Ordering Information:
1) How do I place an order? Add items to your shopping cart and continue with sale transaction online. All major credit cards accepted with Pay Pal. Orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours - confirmations will included date of shipment and expected delivery date, as well as any bonus items featured. Please note: We are no longer accepting orders that will be shipping outside The United States. Thank you to all of our international customers over the past 5 years. 2) When will I receive my order? Please allow 3 business days to process orders and 2-3 business days from shipment date. Larger orders may require additional time - each customer receives an estimated shipment date via email after receipt of payment and order information. 11) What is your policy on product returns?
You may return regular priced
merchandise within 10 days for a refund or exchange. All
Clearance-priced merchandise is not returnable. Please
read the following details of our return policy before sending back any
items.
•Contact our staff at: 920 810 4482 or tlsonnleitner@new.rr.com for a return authorization. Credit will not be provided without a return authorization number, and merchandise will be returned at your expense. • Refunds (not including shipping charges) are given only on items returned in re-sellable condition in their unopened, original packaging. Returns over $150 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pal Credit and are issued within 5 business days from receipt of
returned, authorized merchandise.
•Returns of opened merchandise will not be accepted, and the product(s) will be returned to you at your expense. Return shipping charges will be charged to your account - please be sure to contact us first to avoid these unecessary charges to your account. •All items, if any, are warranted directly by the
manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by

normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are
reported defective within 10 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded.
Claims reported after 10 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced
